    Returns Policy

    At Ocean Tales, we're passionate about ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with simply return it to us within 14 days in the condition that you received it with all tags & hygiene stickers attached and we will happily offer you a refund.

    Simply fill out our returns form to get started. 


    Extended Returns Over The Holiday Period 

    Here are Ocean Tales, we want you to shop with ease & peace of mind for your gift giving. That is why we are extending our returns period for the holiday season. If you shop with us between 1st November - 24th December, items can be returned up until 7th January provided they meet our returns criteria listed above & below.     Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of Ocean Tales receiving the returned item/s. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.


    Here are Ocean Tales we don't do exchanges. We want you to be happier faster!  All returned items will be automatically refunded as per our return conditions. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order. If you wish to secure another size or colour, it is recommended you place your new purchase prior to receiving your refund to ensure you don’t miss out!


    In the unlikely instance you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund, or a replacement, provided stock is available. Ocean Tales requires the piece to be returned in order to issue a replacement or refund. These terms do not cover general wear and tear. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please get in touch at orders@oceantales.com.au


    The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you send your return via a traceable method and retain proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Ocean Tales does not take responsibility for returns that are not received.

    Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be covered by Ocean Tales.
